The Panthers have made up their minds and are moving forward with Cam Newton as their starting quarterback. That’s what they’re telling everyone anyway.
Teams aren’t buying it. According to Mike Freeman of the Bleacher Report, the thought around the league is that the Panthers will look for a quarterback in free agency.

The name reportedly being tossed around is Titans free agent Ryan Tannehill.
