If you were expecting Bill Belichick to make a splash move or draft a big name receiver in this year’s draft then you haven’t been paying attention to the Patriots for the last twenty plus years.

New England made zero big moves and didn’t draft any quarterbacks this year.  They instead opted for their usual plan of action and that includes adding some undrafted players.

On Sunday they signed former Miami receiver Jeff Thomas, a four star recruit out of high school.  He showed flashes with the Hurricanes but could never quite put it all together.
