A connection between the Indianapolis Colts and Philip Rivers has been well-recorded over the last few weeks and things are only heating up with the entire NFL community spending the week in Indianapolis.

NFL Network insider Ian Rapoport reported on Wednesday that he’s hearing more and more buzz from NFL personnel that the majority of the league believes Rivers will end up wearing blue and white in 2020, especially after Colts GM Chris Ballard publicly said in January that “the jury’s still out” on 2019 starter Jacoby Brissett.

While Rivers is only a season removed from one of the best campaigns of his career, the last two years showed how important a healthy offensive line is to his success and that’s exactly why the Colts would be wise to jump at the chance to sign the former Charger.
