Pirates pitcher Felipe Vazquez was hit with 21 new charges on Tuesday. The All-Star is already facing charges in Florida involving sexual contact with a teenage girl.
The judge in the case denied extradition to Florida, saying Vazquez will stay in Pennsylvania until the charges against him are resolved. He will not be let out on bail.
