Radoshkevich said that the horrible fracture has put an end to his sporting career.
Further medical observation revealed that the man sustained a double closed fracture of his shinbone and complete fracture of his ankle. The unfortunate powerlifter, who was immediately taken to hospital, will need up to six months to fully recuperate after the terrifying injury.
“I can hardly return to this sport following such an injury. I had achieved a lot but I will have quit my hopes and ambitions as rehabilitation will approximately take six months,” he said.
That’s pretty gnarly.
