Punches were thrown late in the second quarter of the UCF and South Florida game in Orlando on Friday night. South Florida players continued to push a UCF running back backwards after the whistle had been blown.
The UCF player responded to the after the whistle action by grabbing the facemask of one of the South Florida players and throwing them to the ground. Flags were thrown, then punches.
Things eventually settled down and UCF resumed their 34-7 beatdown of South Florida.
