After seemingly admitting that the Ravens were considering signing free agent star receiver Antonio Brown, Baltimore general manager Eric DeCosta was asked again if they had any interest in signing him.
DeCosta could have ended the speculation with a simple yes or no. He chose to instead give an answer that is very much open to interpretation.
