Ravens safety Earl Thomas has been fined by the NFL for his brutal hit on Steelers quarterback Mason Rudolph. The hit caught Rudolph on the chin and knocked him out cold.

Thomas plans to appeal the fine. Given the fact that he appeared to launch himself into Rudolph and he was knocked completely out, Thomas probably not going to win his appeal.
