Redskins safety Maurice Smith was knocked out cold after tackling Cowboys running back Ezekiel Elliott with his head. He received medical attention before being carted off the field.
It’s another unfortunate injury to the already very thin Redskins secondary. Smith could use a few lessons on tacking without using his head to deliver the hit.
