Whenever a college basketball head coaching job becomes available, Rick Pitino’s name is mentioned as a possible replacement. With John Beilein leaving Michigan for the Cleveland Cavaliers job, Pitino’s name is once again being thrown around again.
According to Bovada, Pitino is one of the favorites to land the job. Which seems absolutely insane given the way things ended for him at Louisville.
Few expect #Butler's LaVall Jordan to become Michigan's basketball coach, but odds (via Bovada) put him close to top:

I mean everyone loves a good college basketball scandal, and nobody does them quite like Pitino, but there is a point of no return isn’t there?
If there is a point of no return, you have to believe Pitino has reached it. Although his name keeps coming up.
