The Panthers season is all but over. Their franchise quarterback is on injured reserve after undergoing surgery on his foot, their head coach has been fired and they’ve lost seven out of their last eight games.
Sunday’s loss to the Seahawks saw quarterback Kyle Allen throw three interceptions. After a really hot start for the second year quarterback he’s come crashing back down to earth.

Carolina has seemingly realized that Allen is probably nothing more than an NFL backup and is expected to give rookie quarterback Will Grier a shot. If they do decide to move on from Cam Newton, they have to know what they have on the roster.
