All Major League Baseball teams wore special uniforms on Sunday for Father’s Day. Nobody added their own personal style to the Father’s Day uniforms like Royals catcher Martin Maldonado.
Maldonado took the field in Minnesota wearing a clip on tie. He was, of course, honoring his father albeit in a very unique way.

Go to the ballpark enough times and you will see something you’ve never seen before. I can guarantee you’ve never seen a Major League catcher wear a tie on the field during a game before.
