Russian model Luisa Kremleva was reportedly arrested in Spain this week on charges of filing a false complaint against AC Milan star Theo Hernandez in June 2017.
Kremleva claimed she was sexually assaulted by the 22-year-old former Real Madrid defender in the parking lot of a nightclub in Marbella.
A provincial court rejected that complaint in January of last year after they found contradictions in her story. According to Kremleva, she was drugged and beaten before being raped.
Hernandez says the couple had consensual sex. The video surveillance from the nightclub parking lot and the fact that there were no drugs found in her system seem to support his version of events.
When the news broke that she had been arrested, Kremleva denied them on Instagram.
