Jets quarterback Sam Darnold is going to be out at least two more games with mono. On Monday night a female fan took credit for giving him the illness.
Darnold decided to set the record straight on “The Michael Kay Show.” It turns out the woman taking credit didn’t actually give him the mono and he’s never seen her before.
Thanks for clearing that up Sam. We were confused as to how if she gave you mono she was able to make it to the game, but you weren’t.
