Former MLBers Sean Casey and Billy Ripken attempted to do a hitting demo for the MLB Network. The attempt didn’t go well after Casey, who was supposed to be hitting the inside pitch the other way, smoked a line drive off of Ripken’s face.
The demo had to be shutdown after Casey went back through the box a second time. These videos of MLB Network employees smashing each other with line drives are the best.
Ripken isn’t Casey’s only victim. He likes going back through the middle, no matter who is on the mound.
