Many were taken aback by the treatment Amber Guyger received during her sentencing for the murder of 26-year-old Botham Jean.
Guyger received a 10-year prison term for the crime which was enough to rile people up, but between Botham’s brother, the presiding judge, and bailiff embracing Guyger during the hearing, caused plenty of outrage.
