After showing up as a member of NSYNC on Google, Shaquille O’Neal revealed on the NBA on TNT pregame show that he played a hand in launching their careers.  That’s because both NSYNC and the Backstreet Boys recorded their first albums in his home studio when he lived in Orlando.

Quite the revelation from the NBA Hall of Famer.  It’s also a pretty brave admission on his part.  We can now all blame him for the boy band era.

Shaq has more range than we ever knew possible.  Basketball player, actor, analyst and crucial part of launching two of the biggest pop groups the planet has ever seen.
