Shaq revealed on Thursday night that he was on the call with the Saints when Drew Brees apologized to his teammates. The future Hall of Famer caught a ton of flack for his comments on National Anthem protests.
According to Shaq, he was asked to talk to the team two weeks ago. Then Brees’ comments came out and he ended up on the apology call. He says that Brees’ teammates accepted his apology.
