The Pittsburgh Steelers could bring back running back Le’Veon Bell next season.  They are reportedly considering using a transition tag on him, which means they would have the opportunity to match any deal he would reach with another team.

Via ESPN:

The prospect of using the transition tag on the star running back creates an interesting situation, considering the fact that receiver Antonio Brown is likely to be traded, while Bell could possibly be back in Pittsburgh for 2019.

Pittsburgh’s decision depends on how much another team would value Bell and whether the Steelers would be willing to match the offer sheet.

The drama in Pittsburgh may never end.  It’s quickly shaping up to be a busy and very dysfunctional off-season for the Steelers.

But they seem to be really into dysfunction these days.
