With four minutes left in the game and a four point lead, the Steelers attempted a fake punt on 4 down and 5 on the 41 yard line.  They came up short on the attempt and things were made worse when Roosevelt Nix celebrated like he got the first down.

The mistake led to a game winning touchdown pass from Saints quarterback Drew Brees to receiver Michael Thomas.

The costly failed 4th down attempt helped the Saints clinch the top seed in the NFC and home field advantage throughout the playoffs.  It also likely cost Pittsburgh their shot at the playoffs.

Will it cost Mike Tomlin his job?
