Oklahoma City Thunder center Steven Adams wrote in his book that Kevin Durant responded to a tweet saying OKC had drafted him with “smh.” He says KD then deleted the tweet and replaced it with “Welcome Steven Adams.”

Not exactly the start you want to a relationship. The two ended up getting along just fine before KD split for Golden State. Bringing this up probably won’t sit well with the Warriors star.
Hopefully we get an entertaining back and forth out of this, maybe an intense stare down with a hint of physicality the next time Durant plays the Thunder. Although KD probably doesn’t want to go toe to toe with Adams.
