Swaggy P and His Baby Momma are Still Going Strong

Nick “Swaggy P” Young’s NBA career might be over.  He briefly spent time with the Nuggets this season and hasn’t had much interest since that time.

What isn’t over is his relationship with his baby momma, Keonna Green.  The two are still going strong after a brief time apart when he was dating rapper Iggy Azalea.

The two exchanged social media Valentine’s.
