The NFL posted a fact about recently retired tight end Rob Gronkowski’s 78 touchdown catches from Tom Brady being twice as many as anyone else. The Patriots quarterback commented on the post and said he hoped 78 wasn’t the final number.
That’s right, Brady wants his favorite target to come out of retirement and the season hasn’t even started yet. It sounds like he would be down for Gronk to sit out and return for another Super Bowl push at the end of the season.
All they have to do is convince Bill Belichick that it’s a good idea. Good luck with that, he probably already has his eye on a rugby player from a fly over state.
