The Toronto Raptors ambassador is getting a building named after him.

The bond between Drake and the Toronto Raptors has just gotten a little bit stronger, as the 6 God’s hometown team has just renamed their training facility after his OVO brand.

Drake has been a Global Ambassador for the Raptors for years now, and their business relationship has expanded over that time in ways both on and off the court.

During the last few seasons, the Raptors have incorporated black and gold into their alternate jerseys and court designs, which mirror the OVO colorway alongside Drake-themed home games.

Additionally, last year the Raptors and OVO pledged a significant financial contribution to help refurbish local community basketball courts, where naturally the finished products featured the same black and gold design.

Now the team’s training facility has been renamed from the BioSteel Centre to the OVO Athletic Centre, which Drake introduced to the world this morning on his Instagram.

Drake will continue to be a focal point of the Raptors marketing strategies moving forward.
