The Redskins decision to sign linebacker Reuben Foster off of waivers has rightfully come under fire.  In a statement Washington released shortly after the signing, they claimed to have talked to Redskins players who were teammates of Foster’s at Alabama.

There are at least two former Bama players who are on the Redskins that weren’t asked about him prior to the signing.  Both Jonathan Allen and Ha Ha Clinton-Dix said on Wednesday that they weren’t talked to by the team.

It appears as if the Redskins are either lying or not telling the truth about talking to former Alabama players prior to the signing.

Sure the Redskins never said they spoke to all of the former players, but nobody would be surprised if they never spoke to any of the players.  Nevermind the fact that talking to former Alabama players doesn’t clear him of multiple domestic violence allegations.
