Back in May, former Oregon receiver Keanon Lowe, who is now the football and track and field coach at Parkrose High School in Portland, stopped a shooting at his school. Lowe was able to disarm the shooter before a single person was hurt.
Video footage of Lowe disarming student Angel Granados-Diaz was released on Friday. In the video you can see Lowe hugging the troubled student after taking his gun away and preventing certain tragedy.
From the looks of the video, Granados-Diaz needed that hug.
