Rockets fan Manuel Garcia was arrested and charged with misdemeanor assault for punching Pelicans assistant coach Joe Boylan in the face on Saturday.
The video from the incident has been released. We still don’t know what prompted the punch to be thrown, but a sucker punch was absolutely thrown.
