Ladies are encouraged to dress smartly and elegantly – you’ll also have a better chance of winning the best-dressed competitions if you’re donning a fancy hat. Shoes with high, sharp heels aren’t recommended as the ground is uneven, and it would prove challenging to walk on the grass. Men must wear jackets and trousers with either ties or open-neck shirts. No jeans, shorts, sleeveless shirts, or open shoes are permitted.
