Mets catcher Wilson Ramos found out his wife was pregnant with their third child while standing in the on-deck circle. His wife brought a sign to the game and ran down to the netting next to the on-deck circle with it.
It read: “We’re PREGNANT! WILSON, this is your 3rd CHILD. We LOVE YOU!”
There’s even video of it going down. Ramos seems to be a little stunned by the news.

Ramos then stepped in the box and cranked a home run, not really. This isn’t a movie, he stepped into the box and struckout looking.
It’s the perfect ending to the perfect story. This is the kind of news you break before or after the game, definitely not during it.
