The XFL is set to return next year on February 20, 2020, for the first time since 2001 teams are starting to step things up in the marketing department in hopes of getting fans excited for the league’s return.
With Thanksgiving taking place later this week, the New York Guardians and the DC Defenders are getting their fans into the holiday spirit by sending out Thanksgiving-themed pigskins.

It looks like an average XFL football from far, but when you look closely it’s actually designed to resemble a turkey, from the nutrition facts and ingredients to the net and the box it came in.
