Former All-Star shortstop Troy Tulowitzki announced his retirement on Thursday through the Yankees.  He spent almost the entire season trying to come back from lingering calf issues, playing in just five games.

Injuries plagued Tulo’s time in Toronto and limited him to just 66 games between 2017 and 2018.  He who a big fan of Derek Jeter growing up and was appreciative of his opportunity to wear pinstripes.
