The NBA world had to wait for Zion Williamson to make his debut as he recovered from a knee injury.  He’s proven to be well worth the wait.

The Pelicans No. 1 overall pick has done nothing but amaze.  On Thursday night Williamson became the first rookie since Michael Jordan to score 20 points in 8 of his first 10 games.

That’s a gap of 35 years.  It also tops all-time greats like LeBron James and Kobe Bryant.
