The NBA sent out the initial batch of draft night green room invites to nine draft hopefuls. Duke star Zion Williamson was on top of the list of the first group of players to receive the invites.
The others to receive invites were Ja Morant, RJ Barrett, Darius Garland, De’Andre Hunter, Jarrett Culver, Coby White, Cam Reddish and Jaxson Hayes. The NBA hopes to have 20 players in the green room for one of the league’s biggest nights.
The NBA is going to do their best to make Zion the new face of the league as soon as possible. LeBron has finally started to show signs of slowing down and they’re going to need someone to take over sooner rather than later.
