Arnold Schwarzenegger gave credit to the youngster as his “new hero,” after the motivational speaker and keen weightlifter, who is 99lbs, shared footage of himself lifting double his own body weight.

Taylor, who goes by the name ‘Smiles’ on social media – shared the 200lb deadlift with his 141,000 followers on Instagram, where he can be seen getting words of encouragement from his coach Nicolai Myers before the impressive lift. 

It caught the attention of Schwarzenegger, who shared it with his 4.25 million followers along with the caption: “I have a new hero.”

When you get the attention of Arnold, you know you’re the real deal. 

This kid is amazing.
