The former President took the time to pen a special letter of congratulations to Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez this week, just days after the former pro baseball player popped the question to musician J-Lo.
Written on special letter headed paper, the handwritten note was even complete with a personal tip for a long-lasting marriage.
‘After 26 years together, we can say that whatever challenges life may bring, sharing them with someone you love makes it all better. All the best, Barack Obama.’
Very proud of the special post, A-Rod shared a picture of the letter on Twitter writing:

Barack is a huge baseball fan but is a die hard Chicago White Sox fan, while as we all know, A-Rod is best known for playing for the New York Yankees.
But Barack ‘hung out’ with Lopez and Rodriguez at MIT Sloan Sports Analytics Conference last February.
It must be nice to have friends in high places.
