Bellator 215’s main event between Matt Mitrione and Sergei Kharitonov ended early and with one fighter leaving in a stretcher.  The rematch ended after a brutal kick to the groin by Mitrione.

Kharitonov was unable to continue and was down in pain for several minutes before being taken out of the cage on a stretcher.

Kharitonov wasn’t the only one to feel the inadvertent kick in the balls, fans who paid to see the heavyweight rematch felt it as well.  The kick came just 15 seconds into the fight and ruined the night for all in attendance.

Nobody wants to see a guy suffer this kind of trauma.
