A salty Ben Simmons spoke with the media after the Sixers 111-102 loss to the Nets on Saturday.  When asked about fans booing the team, he made things worse for himself by firing back at the fans.

“If you’re a Sixers fan and you’re going to boo, stay on that side.”

Simmons must have forgotten what city he plays in.  If the Sixers are playing poorly, and dropping just 9 points when they averaged almost 17 during the season, the fans are going to boo.

I wouldn’t be surprised if Simmons gets booed, at least early on, every time he touches the ball in Game 2.  This is not the fan base you want to publicly challenge like that.
