Braves manager Brian Snitker was drilled in the neck with a foul ball during Saturday’s win over the Mets.  All things considered, it could have been a much different outcome if the ball caught him in the face or head.

Snitker has some pretty good reaction time for a 63-year-old.  Maybe next time he can drop down or cover-up a little bit.  

A lesser man would have been knocked off of his feet.  There’s no doubt about it, that hurt and is going to leave mark.  But like all things, it will heal.
