Quaden Bayles, the bullied Australian boy whose story went viral this week, had the time of his life while being welcomed onto the field at a rugby game this week.

The nine-year-old boy was given the opportunity to run the field before the NRL match between the Indigenous All-Stars and the New Zealand Maori Kiwis All-Stars today at Cbus Super Stadium in Gold Coast, Australia.

Quaden‘s mother posted a video this week that she filmed after picking him up at school.

In the video, Quaden is crying because of the bullying he suffered that day and he said at one point, “Give me a knife, I want to kill myself.”

A GoFundMe page was set up by comedian Brad Williams to send Quaden and his mom to Disneyland and it has raised over $450,000 in just days.

The money that remains after the trip is planned will go to charities that are fighting bullying.
