C.C. Sabathia announced prior to the season that this one would be his last one. He’s battled through several injuries over the last few year.
The injury bug hit him again on Thursday night. The Yankees left-hander got into a postseason game for what was likely he last appearance in the MLB and unfortunately had to leave early.
Sabathia suffered what was later revealed to be a partially separated shoulder. He literally pitched until his arm fell off.
