Eagles quarterback Carson Wentz was taken to the locker room in his first playoff game to be evaluated for a head injury. He took an unnecessary and dirty helmet-to-helmet hit to the back of the head as he was going to the ground.
Wentz, who missed the Eagles last two playoff runs due to injury, is now questionable as he gets evaluated for a head injury.
