Orioles first baseman Chris Davis admits that he contemplated retirement this offseason.  His struggles since signing a 7-year, $161 million contract with Baltimore have been well documented.

But let’s take a look at just how bad the four seasons have been since he signed the worst contract in MLB history.  Davis has a .189 batting average with 92 homers and 745 strikeouts during those four miserable seasons.
