Despite changing positions to accommodate rookie point guard Darius Garland and being on his third different coach since coming into the NBA, Collin Sexton is Cleveland’s leading scorer, averaging 19.5 points on 45.8% from the field, 35.1% from 3-point range and 85.1% from the foul line.

Sexton is one of nine players in the NBA averaging at least 19.0 points, 45% shooting and 85% from the foul line.

When it comes to players 21 or younger, Sexton ranks fifth in scoring, trailing just Atlanta sophomore Trae Young, Dallas MVP candidate Luka Doncic, Boston third-year swingman Jayson Tatum and Oklahoma City second-year point guard Shai Gilgeous-Alexander.
