Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Terrance Williams has been suspended three games without pay for violating the NFL’s substance-abuse policy.

A source said the penalty falls under the NFL’s substance abuse policy stemming from a summer intoxication arrest.

According to reports, because he was punished under the substance abuse policy, he can still remain around the team while serving the suspension.

Williams is in the second year of a four-year, $17 million deal he signed in 2017. He has a long way to go to live up to his contract.

Let’s see if not receiving a paycheck for 3 weeks can sober him up.
