A video of Cousins threatening to shoot his ex-girlfriend, Christy West, in the head for not allowing their son to attend his wedding led to a warrant for his arrest to be issued.
Cousins would like to turn himself in, but according to reports, he isn’t medically cleared to fly due to his recent ACL surgery.
