The 49ers blowing a 20-10 4th quarter lead in the Super Bowl was a tough loss for many fans to swallow.  According to doctors, the tough loss might have saved a lot of lives.

Doctors believe a Super Bowl parade in San Francisco following a 49ers win could have help to spread the coronavirus throughout the city and state of California.  The fact that they lost slowed that spread.

San Francisco’s first case of COVID-19 was reported just days before the Super Bowl.  Kansas City on the other hand, didn’t have their first case until the middle of March.
