Former UFC fighter Brendan Schaub criticized the people hyping up boxers and kickboxers who join the UFC on his podcast.  A clip of the criticism was shared on Instagram.

Via MMA Junkie:

“I think everybody is all high and mighty on these guys who come from kickboxing, boxing backgrounds,” Schaub said on his “Below the Belt” podcast earlier this week. “When they come over to the UFC, they expect them to be elite strikers. The distance, the combos, the head movement, the number of variables, it’s a completely different game. So to me that never translates.”

UFC President Dana White didn’t agree with Schaub and decided to call him out in the comment section of the post.

Schaub saw the comments and responded with a few choice words of his own.  Just a couple of grown men taking shots at each other in the comment section of Instagram.

Schaub followed up the back and forth on Instagram with a long post bashing White on Twitter that ended with him telling the UFC President it was his last warning.

Isn’t it a great time to be alive?  This is exactly what social media was created for.
