After the NFL decided not to suspend Elliott for the incident which included a fight with his girlfriend, the security guard in question, Kyle Johnson, wasn’t satisfied.
He pressed charges against the Cowboys current holdout.
According to a new report from TMZ, the star running back will not face charges after all. After looking into the case, police won’t be moving forward with charges against Elliott.
