Floyd Mayweather was asked about Conor McGregor’s upcoming UFC 229 fight with Khabib Nurmagomedov.  While he wouldn’t make any predictions about who would win, Mayweather did have a lot of good things to say about McGregor.

Mayweather said McGregor isn’t a scared fighter and would come ready to fight.  He added that “Face of the Fight Game” was a warrior.

Via TMZ Sports:

“Conor’s not gonna back down and he’s not a scared fighter at all, win, lose or draw,” Mayweather said at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Atlantic City … “Conor gonna come to fight.”

He added:

“Conor McGregor, he’s a tough competitor, like I said before Conor McGregor’s not gonna back down from anyone, he’s not scared, he’s a warrior.”

Real recognizes real.  It doesn’t get more real inside the ring or octagon than Conor McGregor.  That said the McGregor and Khabib fight should be a good one, a definite must watch.
