Former MLB players Octavio Dotel and Luis Castillo were arrested in the Dominican Republic on Tuesday. The arrests were part of an organized crime sting.
The two have been linked to a large crime organization that has been allegedly money laundering and drug trafficking.
The group also reportedly had apartments, nightclubs and restaurants seized as part of the sting.
